Jennifer Berlin

Jennifer Berlin is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, where her practice focuses on Business Transactions & Securities. Over the past 12 years, she has represented numerous private equity firms, venture capital firms, banks and operating entities as well as early-stage companies in a wide array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, equity and debt financings and fundraising, as well as representing investment advisors and funds. Ms. Berlin served as general counsel for a registered investment advisor with developing and ongoing compliance matters, as well as numerous public investments in private entities, private equity investments and debt and preferred equity investments. She has also provided extensive corporate counseling to clients in diverse industries on a variety of matters and has represented many clients in entity, fund and joint venture formation, as well as representation of public companies in a variety of matters.

Ms. Berlin earned a B.S. Degree from Miami University and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
